1. Introduction
Welcome to PanungyanConnect, the official Barangay Management System of Barangay Panungyan II, Mendez, Cavite.
These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the PanungyanConnect system, including all online services, features, records management functions, and digital transactions provided by the Barangay.
By accessing, registering, or using the system, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, applicable Philippine laws, regulations of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and other relevant government issuances.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue the use of the system.
2. Purpose of the System
PanungyanConnect is developed to support efficient and secure barangay services and administrative operations within Barangay Panungyan II, Mendez, Cavite.

Violations may result in account suspension, legal action, administrative sanctions, or criminal liability under Philippine laws.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Barangay Panungyan II respects the privacy rights of users and processes personal data in accordance with:

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the system without prior authorization from the Barangay.
11. Limitation of Liability
Barangay Panungyan II shall not be held liable for:
- Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
- Losses resulting from internet or technical failures
- Delays caused by system maintenance or external factors
- Inaccurate information provided by users
- Damages resulting from misuse of the system
Users access and use the system at their own responsibility, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

13. Account Suspension and Termination
